…and things will probably remain that way for a good amount of time longer.

Between recovering from surgery, completing school work, continuing my project, and other general life situations, I haven’t had much time to focus on writing quality posts and creating great concepts for you to follow.

I’ve spoken with my Doctor and have a scheduled reattachment surgery (from my ileostomy) on December 17th (two days after my birthday). Also it’ll still take five to seven days to recover in the hospital (and about a month after that to recover from this next surgery).

So after that time period, the activity on the website should pick up by then.

First - - - - - Happy Birthday! Good luck with your surgery. I will keep you in my prayers.

My hubby is going for hernia surgery on December 12 and is supposed to be released the day you go in for your surgery. It’s usually outpatient surgery, but he has 6 hernias along the top of his small intestine, it’s a bit more complex and recovery will take a bit longer. So if you don’t see me online next week, that will be the reason.

Thanks. My Dad had a similar surgery (hernias in his back) and it took him a month or two to recover well.

This is also my final exam week so it’s going to be quite hectic for me too, and I probably won’t be online much for the rest of the month, given the timetables to look forward to.
